Amazing opportunity: social media editor wanted

 

Jutland Station is looking for volunteer social media editor to join the new team starting with October 2018.

The volunteer SoMe editor is expected to be passionate about online journalism and all the social media platforms; to be familiar with the multimedia resources; display good work ethics and be comfortable working in a dynamic team.

What we are looking for in our social media editor:

  • To build a social media strategy to maximise social media followings and ‘clicks’ on website content
  • To share all published content on social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter, as soon as possible after publication; to share the best photographs from stories on Instagram
  • To remain active on all social media channels on a regular basis and throughout big events (SPOT Festival, Internet Week Denmark) by posting any relevant content
  • Produce live streams from Aarhus/Jutland events when appropriate
